Identification

The site “blowupguild.com”, hereinafter referred to as the “site” is published by Bugtales SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 18,000 euros, currently registered in the French commercial register and with registered office located 24, rue de Saint Quentin in Paris (75010), hereinafter referred to as the « company ». The site is hosted by OVH : registered office located : 2 rue Kellermann – 59100 Roubaix – France

PERSONAL DATA

Nature of the personal data

By personal data is meant any personal information (in particular: login, password, surname, first name, date of birth, email address, postal address, IP address) that internet users are likely to provide to the company as part of their registration for the “company” newsletter via the site’s newsletter registration platform and/or on the occasion of any message sent to the site via the “contact” section and/or on the occasion of their use of the site and the services offered there. This data, whatever its nature, may directly or indirectly enable the company to identify and get to know internet users better, to send them a newsletter and/or to facilitate their browsing of the site and/or to optimise the quality of the services offered to them. When the internet user provides personal data, he/she undertakes to answer the questions asked of him/her and to provide the company with complete, accurate and up-to-date information that does not harm the interests and rights of third parties.

Consent

No personal data is collected without the informed consent of internet users. The optional or mandatory nature of the information to be communicated to the company within the framework of the collection carried out via the site will be notified to the internet users beforehand. Internet users are under no obligation to provide personal data to the company. However, in the event of refusal, the company will not be able to send users its newsletter and/or reply to their messages and/or facilitate their browsing of the site.
If the Internet user does not wish to receive or no longer wishes to receive the company’s newsletter, he/she may notify the company by sending an e-mail to the following address: hello@blowupguild.com. The user also has the possibility of unsubscribing from the company’s newsletter by clicking on the hyperlink at the bottom of each newsletter sent to him/her.

Use of personal data and purpose of the newsletter

The personal data collected when subscribing to the newsletter is the following: surname, first name, email and postal addresses.
The purpose of using the internet user’s personal data is to send the newsletter described below by e-mail:
– Information related to the launch and publication of the company’s social media content and/or the commercial launch and publication of the company’s website,
– Information relating to the publication of new editorial content on the site and/or a new selection of products offered for sale on the said site,

– Information related to events, with dates and places, as well as invitations to attend them in the form of an e-vite and/or postal mail,
– Information linked to the gifting by the company, for its commercial launch, of a free one-year subscription giving the right to personalised advantages (free deliveries, invitations to events, etc.)
– Information linked to the acquisition of free points and/or following a transaction on the company’s site and/or following the co-option of one or more internet users leading to a subscription.
– Information relating to the use of points acquired in the form of personalised benefits or vouchers,
The internet user acknowledges that he/she has communicated his/her personal data to the company for this purpose and expressly accepts the use of the said data by the company for the purposes previously mentioned.

Person responsible for the processing of personal data

The Company is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data on its site. It is the sole recipient of the personal data collected on the site, which is never communicated to third parties. The company only collects personal data when it has a legal basis to do so (contract, legitimate interest, consent, legal obligations) and implements measures to ensure the security of the site and services. This data is stored by the company in the European Union.

Rights of the Internet user

In accordance with the law N°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, each internet user has a right of control, a right to rectify, complete, update or delete personal data concerning him/her and, for legitimate reasons, to object to their processing by the company. For these purposes and to exercise their rights, the internet user may at any time contact the company by email at the following address: hello@blowupguild.com. This data will be stored for 5 years in a secure file hosted by the company in accordance with European Union law 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. In certain cases, the company may retain certain personal data concerning the internet user when required or authorised by law and/or when the company has a legitimate reason for doing so in the exercise or defence of its legal rights or when the exercise of the Internet user’s right infringes the freedom of expression or information.

Cookies

When consulting the site, information relating to the user’s browsing via his/her terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) may be recorded in “cookies” files (alphanumeric identifiers and other tracers) installed on said terminal, subject to the choices expressed below by the user concerning said cookies (which choices may be modified at any time) and the settings of the browsing software used.
The duration of conservation of information relating to the navigation of the user provided by cookies on the site does not exceed a period of 12 months.
Cookies allow the company, without personally identifying the user, to
– to memorise information relating to a form that he/she may have filled in on the site (registration or access to his/her account) and/or to products, services or information chosen and/or consulted on the site and/or transferred to third parties and/or shared on third-party sites,
– to allow the internet user to access reserved and personal areas of the site such as his account, thanks to identifiers or data previously communicated,
– to implement security measures, for example when the user is asked to connect again to a content or service after a certain period of time.

Several possibilities are offered to Internet users to manage cookies:
– Configure their browser software so that these cookies are recorded in their terminal, rejected, systematically, rejected according to their sender or accepted from time to time before a cookie is likely to be recorded in their terminal,
– In the event that the internet user accepts the recording of cookies in his browser, the said cookies integrated into the pages and content consulted may be temporarily stored in the dedicated space of his terminal and will only be readable by the sender,- In the event that the Internet user refuses to save cookies on his or her terminal or deletes those saved there, it will no longer be possible for him or her to benefit from a certain number of functionalities necessary for navigation in certain areas of the site. This will be the case, in particular, when attempting to access content or services requiring identification by identifier and password, when the company or one of its technical service providers cannot recognise, for compatibility purposes, the type of browser used by the internet user’s terminal, its language and display settings and/or the country from which the said terminal appears to be connected to the Internet.
Any settings made by the user in this way are likely to modify his/her navigation on the internet and his/her conditions of access to the site’s services requiring the use of cookies.
In this case, the company declines all responsibility for the consequences linked to the degraded functioning of its site and/or services, said consequences resulting from the impossibility of recording or consulting the cookies whose recording the Internet user has refused or deleted, as these are necessary for the proper functioning of the site.

The company recommends that the internet user manages cookies and the choices related to them using the help menu of the user’s browser, as each browser requires a different configuration.
